ONE 2 ONE
Because we are all different, one-to-one training is the ideal way to study Pilates. As a qualified
one to one Pilates instructor I will make a full assessment of your current abilities and design a program that will be tailored to meet your specific needs. We will then work together to build on
your strengths as well as target your weaknesses.

Where and when can I have a one-to-one session?
Just give us a call to arrange an appointment at the studio.

Can I do it with a friend?
Of course. Pilates can be fun to do with a friend or partner, also small groups can be catered for. The only consideration is that you are both of similar fitness levels .Contact us for price and times.

How often should I do Pilates?
It is recommended that to gain the most benefit that you practice 2 to 3 times per week, but this is entirely up to you, this could depend on your current fitness programme, the time you have available and also your budget. Some clients enjoy training three times a week, while others find that one session a week fits perfectly into their lifestyle.

How much do one-to-one Pilates sessions cost?
Of course one-to-one sessions cost more than general classes, but my clients feel that an hour of intense individual attention, from a qualified teacher, is worth paying a little extra for.one to one sessions could also incorporate the Pilates Reformer depending on ability . One-to-one sessions cost from £25 per hour per person.

Your current web browser must be updated to version 7 of Internet Explorer (IE7) to take advantage of all of template's capabilities.

Why should I upgrade to Internet Explorer 7? Microsoft has redesigned Internet Explorer from the ground up, with better security, new capabilities, and a whole new interface. Many changes resulted from the feedback of millions of users who tested prerelease versions of the new browser. The most compelling reason to upgrade is the improved security. The Internet of today is not the Internet of five years ago. There are dangers that simply didn't exist back in 2001, when Internet Explorer 6 was released to the world. Internet Explorer 7 makes surfing the web fundamentally safer by offering greater protection against viruses, spyware, and other online risks.
