Julie was the first to bring Pilates to this area and opened the Borderpilates studio in 2003. Julie also holds Julies other qualifications consist of the following: Exercise to music, Free style Fitness yoga, Bodypump, spinning, Stability ball, Cardiokick, Step, aerobics, body conditioning and Gym instruction
Ali has a passion for running and cycling, regularly competing in duathlons, marathons and Ultra trail running.
Ali holds her advanced Gym instructor qualification and has more recently completed her Spinning.com qualification.
Ali brings her cycling experience indoors to her Spinning classes, which are inspiring, motivating and fun but also acheive results. |
BODYTONE
Bodytone is a choreographed 45min or 60min workout to music using barbells and handweights.
It is designed so that every muscle group in the body is targeted and it will condition, tone and strengthen the whole body while also burning fat and is suitable for all fitness levels.
